| The Stanley BPS Enrichment Program offers after-school classes for children currently enrolled in the school. The classes provided are diverse in nature, expand the education of the participant, and reflect Stanley BPS educational philosophy. Examples of offerings include Chess, TaeKwonDo, Arts, Dance, Science and Creative Writing, and Sports. Most classes are taught by SBPS teachers, and some are taught by specialists from the broader community. The Enrichment Program uses facilities on campus primarily and off-campus when necessary.
During the summer, families receive enrichment class information, accompanied by program policies and procedures. There are four sessions of enrichment during the school year, allowing for seasonal classes as well as a rich overall variety Each session is approximately two months long. The Enrichment Program follows the guidelines set by Social Services in regards to student-teacher ratios (1 teacher to every 15 students). The students are brought to their classes by a teacher and at the end of the class are signed into Extended Day or wait with their enrichment teacher to be picked up in the carpool line.
